Урок- игра « Театральные гастроли» ( Theatre Tour)

Данное мероприятие проводится в 5-7 классах. На уроке создается атмосфера творчества, условия для совершенствования навыков монологической и диалогической речи в коммуникативных ситуациях, учащиеся учатся работать в коллективе, оценивать самостоятельно свои умения.

Цели и задачи урока:

Воспитательные:

развивать умения и навыки коллективной и индивидуальной работы,

воспитывать уважение к окружающим и их мнению,

развивать интерес к предмету.

Развивающие:

формировать социокультурную компетентность,

развивать когнитивные и творческие способности,

закреплять коммуникативные умения,

активизировать познавательную деятельность учащихся.

Образовательные:

совершенствовать знания и умения по ранее изученной теме,

тренировать навыки речи, чтения и письма,

совершенствовать лексико-грамматические навыки.

Используемые технологии:

— игровая

— групповая;

-коммуникативная;

-компьютерная.

Оснащение урока: УМК Биболетовой М.З., Трубаннёвой Н. Н. « Английский с удовольствием» для 5-6,7 классов общеобразовательных учреждений – Обнинск: Титул, 2012; компьютер и проектор, презентация, карточки и раздаточный материал, бумага и фломастеры.

Тип урока: урок комплексного применения знаний.

Ход урока:

1 Организационный момент. Постановка цели и задачи урока.

T: Good morning, children. I ‘m glad to see you, sit down, please. To begin our work I want you to look at the screen and say what you see, what we are going to do at the lesson.

Ps —I see…I think, we shall speak about famous people….

— It seems to me, we shall speak about theatre.

T: You are right. Why do people go to the theatre?

Ps — People go to the theatre to feel relaxed/ to learn something new/ to spend time with pleasure/ to entertain themselves.

T: Fine. Let’s imagine we are a theatre company, why don’t we starting a tour. I want you to divide into 2-3 teams. Name your teams.

2 Активизация лексических единиц по теме.

Contest 1 .

Task: Choose professions that can be connected with theatre.

dentist , baker, singer, athlete, ballet dancer, salesman, actor, director, detective,

scientist , driver, musician, playwright, sound producer, cameraman, scene-painter,

pilot, costume designer, interpreter, artist, usher( билетёр).

Для лучшего усвоения лексики предлагается каждой команде описать2-3 профессии, не называя что это. Другие участники отгадывают.

3. Развитие навыков чтения, письма и грамматики.

T: Well done! Now it’s time to have a look at what the dramatist has created. The scenario is wrong. It contains some mistakes.

Contest 2.

Task: Help the dramatist. Correct the mistakes.

Snow Queen has a sand castle at the seaside. Her favourite season is the summer. She is fond of gardening and playing music. Her character is friendly and merry.

Winnie-the–Pooh likes keeping fit and doing sports. He eats much fruit, many vegetables. Every morning he goes to Wood School by car.

This little girl lives in a village, she enjoys wearing red dresses. Her granny visits the girl’s family and brings a lot of healthy food.

3 Физкультминутка

listen to music and move like film and theatre stars.( Звучат популярные мелодии)

4 Развитие творческих способностей.

T: Children, on stage we watch actors are beautifully dressed. I’m sure you can try yourselves like a costume designer.

Contest 3 .

Task: Make up a costume for a well known character.

( в это время проводится следующий конкурс)

T: to play the main role you should be the best actor and demonstrate your talent. Let’s take part in a pantomime game.

Contest 4 . Сasting (acting). Конкурс актерского мастерства.

Task I Listen and do 1)Stay on one leg … 2)Dance like Cinderella … 3) Make a noise like a cat 4)Say ‘Grrrhh’ to the troll… 5)Mend some shoes…6) Smile at the King and Queen… 7)Fly like the Ugly Duckling.

Tasks II Say the tongue twister well.

5 Совершенствование коммуникативных навыков.

Contest 5.

T: I like how you’re working at the lesson. You’re great. We have learnt and practised some joyful activities. Are you ready to buy a theatre ticket?

Task: Make up the dialogue in right order. Act out.

At the Box Office

A – Hello. How can I help you?

B – That is more than I wanted to pay.

A – Morning or evening performance?

B — In the stalls, back or middle rows.

A – Where do you want your seats?

B – I’d like two tickets for tomorrow.

A – You’re welcome.

B – Evening, please.

A – I’ m sorry, but the stalls are sold out. We have two good seats in a box at 35 pounds.

B – I think I’ll take those. Thanks very much.

A – Then I can offer you two seats in the circle, front row, at 15 pounds.

6 Завершение урока, подведение итога. Домашнее задание.

T: Thank you for interesting and creative work. Boys and girls, it’s time to finish our competition and find out the winners…

I’m sure you had a good time. I want you to look at the screen and watch the famous Theatre Houses. How do you feel after the game — draw a face. You home task is to write down an imaginary plot for the play. Have a nice day.
